Directions
  1. Measure coconut milk & pour into high speed blender.
  2. Put all remaining ingredients into blender.
  3. Blend on high for a few seconds, then reduce to medium for 15 seconds, then bring back up to high for 10 seconds, and reduce down medium till thoroughly blended.
Variations
  1. Add 1 cup of greens (spinach, kale, or beet greens)
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of mint extract
