  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine dry ingredients (cassava flour, tigernut flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, sea salt, and baking powder).
  3. Measure 6oz of chocolate and melt over a double boiler.
  4. When the chocolate is melted pour into bowl with dry ingredients.
  5. Add the remaining wet ingredients (applesauce, coconut butter, coconut milk, and vanilla extract), mix till combined.
  6. Fold in the remained 4oz of chocolate chunks.
  7. Grease baking dish with coconut oil and pour brownie mix into the baking dish. Spread the brownie mix till even.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and test doneness with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean or with a few crumbs then the brownies are done.
  10. Let cool before cutting and serving.
