  1. Cut open the avocados, remove the seed, and put the meat in the food processor.
  2. Open the can of artichokes and drain. Put the artichoke hearts in the food processor.
  3. Peel and quarter the onion, put in the food processor.
  4. Squeeze the juice of the lime into the food processor.
  5. Remove the skin of the garlic and put in the food processor.
  6. Add the salt into the food processor and mix until pureed, stopping occasionally to wipe down the side.
  7. Scoop into serving bowl!
Variations
  1. If you do not have a food processor you can use a high speed blender.
  2. Add a 1/4 cup of cilantro.
  3. Add 1 diced tomato.
Recipe Notes

Keep any leftover in a cover container in the refrigerator.

Note: The top will turn brown, just stir.
